I've been a ServerMule customer for about four years. In that time I can think of only one or two significant service interruptions, and in those cases they did a good job of keeping me posted on what was going on, and addressing the fault in a timely manner. They have also worked with me to setup non-standard VPS environments, which I greatly appreciate. Their normal quality of service is excellent and you would be hard-pressed to find a better VPS provider at a similar price-point.
